About Your Stay

What are your check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is after 2:00 PM, and check-out is before 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and can only be confirmed within 24 hours of arrival/departure, depending on availability.

Do you allow mixed couples?

Yes, mixed couples are welcome. Non-Egyptian passport holders do not need to provide a certificate. However, in line with Egyptian law, if one partner holds Egyptian nationality, an official marriage certificate is required. (Unofficial or “Orfi” documents are not accepted).

How will I get the keys?

All our properties offer keyless self-check-in. A unique code will be sent to you 3 hours before your arrival.

What is the process of QR code generation to enter El Gouna?

Please share copy of all guests’ passports to id@ollystays.com or via WhatsApp at +201222118552. This will enable us to prepare your El Gouna entry code, which you’ll receive 24 hours before arrival. QR codes are valid only from check-in time until the check-out time of your reservation. Once issued, we won’t be able to change or replace any of the registered guests, so please make sure the IDs submitted are final before we proceed.

What amenities are provided?

We provide cooking essentials, toiletries, and hotel-grade.

Necessary facilities like washing machine, microwave, air conditioning, drying rack, iron and ironing board are provided. You can find the complete list of amenities under the property details.

Are housekeeping services, linens, and towels included?

Fresh linens and towels are provided directly from the laundry.

The property is cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. Daily housekeeping is not included but can be arranged for an additional fee.

Booking & Payments

Is it mandatory to send my IDs or passports upon booking confirmation?

Yes. El Gouna requires advance guest registration to issue your entry code. Your documents are handled securely and only used for entry approval.

Do you allow pets?

This depends on the individual property’s policy. Please check the property policies before booking.

Can I view the property before booking?

All photos on our listings are real and up to date, giving you an accurate view of the space.

How can I confirm a reservation?

You can confirm your stay by submitting a booking request or using instant booking. Once the full reservation amount is settled, your booking is secured.

How do I extend my booking?

Extensions are subject to availability. Please contact us to check availability. Our calendars are UpToDate with properties availability.

What is your cancellation policy?

• Full refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking.

• Full refund if cancelled at least 5 days before check-in.

• 50% refund for unused nights if cancelled fewer than 5 days before check-in.

Is entry to El Gouna subject to approval by town community?

Yes, Entry remains subject to approval by El Gouna community. If disapproved by El Gouna community, the guest should initiate the reservation cancellation and will be fully refunded

Is the kitchen stocked?

Yes, kitchens are fully equipped with essentials including pots, pans, plates, glasses, and cutlery.

Is Wi-Fi available and reliable?

Yes, all our properties are equipped with reliable Wi-Fi, which we regularly test to ensure smooth connectivity.

How close is the property to the beach?

Our Mangroovy Residences are beachfront, typically just 1–5 minutes on foot. For properties outside Mangroovy, the beach is a quick 5-minute drive away (entrance fees range from €8–10).

Can you recommend restaurants nearby?

Absolutely! El Gouna offers fantastic dining options such as Noi Ristorante Italiano, The Smokery, and Zia Amelia, among many others
